This move of RBI will further boost fintech innovation. Payments through UPI have grown rapidly. The RBI Governor gave this information during the press conference that 36 crore transactions were done through UPI in a day. Now by linking credit cards payment system to UPI, we will be able to achieve a new height of fintech innovation.
Rupay Credit Card UPI
Under this new facility credit card UPI payment, you can now link RuPay credit card through PhonePe app. If you are a PhonePe user, then you must see a notification of ‘RuPay Credit Card is no available on UPI’ on the home page of PhonePe. You can now pay merchants with RuPay credit card through UPI PIN without OTP & CVV.

Step : 05 Now Entern an OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step : 06 Enter the new 4 digit or 6 digit UPI PIN, re-enter same UPI number to confirm.
